  • Once I become a member, what can I expect?

    Your wingman will be in contact to welcome you to the service along with sharing what you can expect with the services we offer. Once you complete the profile for your loved ones, we will contact you 60 days in advance of the special date along with some curated specialty items handpicked from your wingman. Once you confirm the gift you want to give, we will purchase on your behalf, wrap the gift and submit to you in advance of that special day.

    Yes, working with your Wingman, you will be able to choose gifts that are designed to be personalized.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

    As part of your membership, you will receive gifts wrapped and ready to present to your loved ones.

  • How do I know which gift is best for a specific occasion?

    Your Wingman will work with you to curate the appropriate gift for your loved one that takes into consideration the profile you created and the specific occasion.

  • Can I include a handwritten note or message with my gift?

    Once you receive your prewrapped gift, you will have the opportunity to include a handwritten note to your loved one.

  • How do I place an order?

    As part of your membership, we will proactively place your order by contacting you 60 days in advance to remind you of special events. Your Wingman will send you several gift ideas based on the profiles of your loved ones you provided. We will ask for confirmation of a gift that you chose, and the Wingman will use your CC card on file to place the order. Once the order is placed, your Wingman will receive, wrap and send you the gift for you to present to your loved one.

  • Can I schedule a gift delivery for a future date?

    You can always contact the wingman via our website to make any specific requests.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

    Once you approve the gift through the website, all purchases are final.

  • What are your delivery options and shipping times?

    For all orders that are $100 or above, shipping is free and will be delivered within 3-5 Days. There is an expedited service for 1-3 days, as well as next day service for additional costs.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Not at this time. USA shipments only.

  • Can I track my order?

    You will receive a tracking number from yourgiftingwingman.com to know where your order is at all times and when you can expect delivery.

  • Do you have a return and refund policy?

    There are no returns or refunds as product was purchased and approved by you.

  • What if my gift arrives damaged or incorrect?

    We will ask for a picture of the damaged and/or incorrect gift and immediately reorder the accurate gift. We will provide contact information for the returned goods.
